Ghina Al Arab

Ghina is the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Manager and Almoosa Nurse Fellowship Program director at Almoosa Specialist Hospital. She received her BS degree in Nursing in 2007. She worked as an oncology nurse and pursued her Master’s degree in Nursing from the American University of Beirut, which she completed in 2013. She has undergone clinical observerships at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Currently, she is pursuing her Doctorate in nursing practice “Nursing Education” track. She pursued a fellowship certificate in Person-centered care from Planetree Organization and a Lean six sigma black belt certification. Lately, she graduated from the mentored Evidence-based practice program led by the ANPD evidence-based practice academy. Ghina has presented at several national and international conferences.

She is a member of many professional societies such as the Oncology Nursing Society, the Association for Nursing Professional Development, and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nurses.
