Dr. Salim Ghandorah is an assistant director of quality and patient safety department at Rural Health Network at Eastern Health Cluster. Dr. Ghandorah has been focusing on fostering patient safety culture and engaging employees towards improving patient safety. His great interest on quality improvement projects towards enhancing overall healthcare quality and international patient safety goals. With a tremendous research background, Dr. Salim is keen to engage scientific data and making evidence-based healthcare decisions.
On his previous role as head of research quality department, he was involved in planning, coordinating quality programs, and applying strategies to improve work efficiency and monitoring the effects of those strategies, including carrying out periodic assessments to ensure that the KKMC-RC services meet their KPIs. Additionally, my role involves reviewing practices and procedures and formulating Policies and Procedures that meets AAHRPP, NCPE and JCI accreditations.
